Second Chances Red Listers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue based in Northern California. We save at-risk cats and dogs from euthanasia lists throughout the state — northern, central, and southern California — and work to place them in safe, loving forever homes. Our primary focus is on adapting to the residents of Northern California.
